Mares
booked in 2003 for 2004 foals |
|
"I haven't owned her for long, just a few
months. I found her by accident and couldn't pass her up. She was
lightly raced and has been ridden as a trail horse but mostly used
as a broodmare. When I first saw her she had her very nice 3 month
old TB filly by her side. She is now in foal to a TB stallion, due
to foal in May. My plan is to breed her to LAB Sundance in June.
She is a very sweet and good natured mare. |
Laurie
will be breeding Solar's dam, Get Tender back to Sundance this spring
for a 2004 foal. Solar Flare has been started undersaddle.
Laurie is thrilled with his temperament, talent and trainability.
If you woud like to no more about Solar Flare contact Laurie. I
am sure she would enjoy bragging on him. To read more about Solar
activities, show record and more pictures click on 5/7/03
"Solar Flare is so wonderful. We went on a trail ride this
weekend and Flare just marched along. Tried leg yield at walk and
he just moved from one |

Maggie
Zans "Maggie
is a maiden mare. She is a sweet heart of a mare an has a nice uphill,
floaty trot. Maggie's unique coloring is Cremello. Her baby by Sundance
should be Palomino or Buckskin due to her double-dilute genes."

Heather's email "I'm very excited about breeding Sandi (it will be both her and my first time) as it's something I've always wanted to do...breed, train, then sell. Sandi will make an incredible mother with her personality. I'm very excited to see the foal that she and Sundance produce as I'm sure it will be highly intelligent, athletic, and have a bit of spunk. That is perhaps the best story I have regarding her. She loves any attention she can get especially being groomed as she always falls fast asleep when brushed. She is one of the favorite horses in the barn because she is so kind and loving. Mary Darley, the owner of the barn she is at, absolutely adores her and is also very excited about my decision to breed. She is already prepared to take monthly pictures to send me so I can see her belly as it gets bigger. I haven't shown Sandi at all publicly to this date, but she has basic training in dressage and I hope to develop her natural jumping ability once I have finished my education." Heather

Bobbie
writes; "The mare that we are planning to breed to Sundance
is a Thoroughbred mare named Love Roberta (Becky). She has a sweet
temperament coupled with lovely gaits, natural athleticism and was
very competitive on the track, winning from mile and 1/8 to a mile
and 1/4. Our goal is to find the best mares and breed them to the
best stallions. Hopefully, someday, we will be able to produce that
world class jumper!" |
